    That's really interesting,I have to say,when he described the captain as "A space age Horatio Hornblower ,lean and capable,both mentally and physically,it reminds me more of captain Picard,the take all the risks,heroic guy,sound's like Kirk,also,the way that Picard rather than Kirk refers to his second in command as "number one",I didn't realise just how close TNG actually was to Roddenberry's original idea,thank you for that,you learn something new every day.
