PTSB Tracker Mortgage LTV query

Took out a tracker mortgage in 2007 at 1.1% + ECB . This rate was due to go down once the LTV hit 80% to .8% +ECB which i am fast approaching. However as the current price of the property is obviously nowhere near what it was does anyone know if PTSB would honor the original valuation? I would of thought they would have to have a re-valuation to change the LTV rates but i am not sure at all.

    Thanks
