    Hi,

I got my India Visa & Oz WHV sorted but have a question on Thai one if someone can help.

I'm flying into Bangkok & heading to Chang Mai & staying for a bit there & then doing the whole Laos, Vietnam & Cambodia. After this, I will go back to Thai for up to 2 months.

Q1. How do I get Vietnam Visa?
Q2. Do I need a double entry Thai Visa?

    Thanks

    G

Get your Vietnam visa in Laos, it will cost you about $50 much cheaper than if you got it here.

A double entry is probably the best thing to do alright for thailand

Just also note that your India visa has already begun if you have it. It doesn't start from when you enter the country.

I don't think he has to get a double entry visa. Im in the same boat in that I'll be returning to Thailand about 6/8 weeks after my first visit(which will only be 2 nights in Bangkok) and I was told I'll just get another 30 day visa when I re-enter.

No need to get a double entry visa as far as i know.

Yes you will get a 30 day visa but if you read his post properly he is going to be in Thailand for two months and therefore needs a visa.
He mightnt neccesarily need a visa for the first entry because that is probably less than 30 days but as he is going to Laos after Thailand he will have no proof of leaving the country within those 30 days. So a double entry visa is the safest thing to do
