Rent allowance , reducing rent amount procedure

Can someone give me advice, i asked the landlord to reduce the rent by 15 euro per week.He agreed , so whats the procedure for changing it. I,M on rent allowance ,THE current rent is 90, its being reduced to 75 per week. DO i just go to the welfare officer ,and fill in a form.I, ve never had the rent amount changed, before…
