I have a lot of dry skin 'down there', it flakes everywhere and is very itchy and too embarrassed to go to the GP! Anyone know a good remedy? I have tried sudocream.:(

Deep heat will do the job

Go to the doctor mate, don't be embarrassed they have seen it 100 times over. Theres no one on here qualified enough to diagnose you, never take chances when it comes to you health - talk to someone who knows about these things..

Maybe you should switch from leg pressing to squatting. Or vice versa.

Do Starting Strength. Tiger balm is much better than deep heat too

Have you tried peanut butter? It's a bitch to get off though... unless your dog girlfriend likes peanut butter

OP - you cannot get diagnosed or get medical advice by strangers over the internet and its a boards.ie site wide policy not to do so.

Go to the GP, they will have seen far worse.
