After Starting Strength

    Hi All,
    Looking to start a new program after doing starting strength on and off for the last 2 years.

    Lifts prior to Christmas break.
    Squat 130kg 3*5
    Bench 85kg 3*5
    Deadlift 160kg 1*5
    Power Clean 85 5*3
    Press 55kg 3*5

    Want to increase to 4 or 5 days a week.
    What are you opinions on a program like this?

    Monday
    Bench Press 5X5
    Push Press 1X5 or Standing DB Press 2X8
    Chin/Pull Ups 3X12

    Tuesday
    Squats 5X5 (sets across)
    Powercleans 5x3
    Bentover BB Row 3x8
    GHR 5X10

    Thursday
    Standing Press 5X5
    DB Bench 3X6-12
    Chin/Pull Ups 3x12

    Friday
    Front Squat 5X3
    or
    10x2 Box Squats (65% of 5x5 weight)


    Goals are mainly to get stronger for Hurling.I am also intrested in taking up olympic lifting in the near future.

    looks ok throw in a few deads on friday and you'd be sorted
