Before you knock Kevin for his drinking there is a much bigger picture to look at he has admitted to being an alchoholic which is a sickness and it may have stemmed from the sexually abuse he recieved as a child at the hands of his amatuer trainer that sick f**k from smithboro boxing club Frank Mulligan ,Kevin has recently admitted to this.
Maybe kevin needs our prayers not critisim because if i went through what he did i would be drinking too.
Sorry if i come across a little strong but when it comes to child abuse i get very angry.

McBride put in two good performances in prizefighter and was unlucky against Skelton not to get the decision IMO.

I wouldnt go that far. Good luck to him and I hope he has a great drink-free life but I would rather hack my right hand off then watch him fight again.

Going back a fair few years now, but I lost to him in the unpaid ranks. Allows me to brag that I am better than Tyson as Kevin was unable to stop me. :D

On the subject of Tyson, I see that he became a daddy for the 8th time on Tuesday.

You did see the knockdown in the skelton fight? he was very unlucky.

Yeah poor Kev is battling the drink.
After he beat Tyson apparently he was asking for crazy money for fights and then when he lost to Mollo & Golota by ko's I hadn't heard anything until prizefighter the heavyweights a couple of months ago.
I'd say he'd be a good test for Tyson Fury cos Kevin will go out there and throw the kitchen sink at him for 3/4 rounds and his stamina will go

Fury not the best either stamina wise. They would both be fvcked after 3/4 rounds:D

I saw it, it was a genuine knockdown.

However, if you can put your hand on your heart and tell me that you enjoyed either of his fights then you must cream yourself at the thoughts of Macklin-Wright!

He would have beat Mollo and if he did King gauranteed him the winner of Valuev and Barrett which was headlining the same night but like most alcholics he couldnt take the pressure and went out drinking the night before thats why he looked like s**t in the fight and thats why him and Collins parted company

Your making a VERY big jump from me saying he was very unlucky to saying i enjoyed his fights in prizefighter or that i am bothered about mackilin vs wright but then whatever keeps you happy i suppose.

Wait a minute - you are worse than Walshy for changing the subject.

I said "I would rather hack my right hand off then watch him fight again"

Your replied "You did see the knockdown in the skelton fight? he was very unlucky"

I acknowledged that it was a legit knockdown but then reiterated that I have no appetite to see him in the ring again.

Lets put it this way - McBride was shambolic against fellow overweight washed-up heavyweight and now he is going to get splattered by a live hungry capable Polish cruiserweight that will give away at least 3 stone but will give him the worst night of his life.

I expect him to collapse in a heap on the canvas to get out of their at the first opportunity and for it to be an utter disgrace to boxing.

Now I haven't got a crystal ball but something tells me I will be right.

Adamek really needs a better tune-up than McBride if he's to fight a Klitschko in September.

If it goes ahead it will be even more one-sided than Haye-Harrison.

I really dont know why your going on i never said he was anything but a big lump, doesnt change the fact he was unlucky against skelton which is all i said.
