So I wouldn't mind having a look around the local count centre when they're tallying the votes. I assume you can't just waltz in so does anyone know how one goes about getting a pass?

Trying approaching a local party rep. They might give you a pass on the day or arrange for one, hoping you'd given their org' your preference previously when voting.

On the day the place will look like organised chaos while the counting goes on.
Great fun to see the tally men from each party trying to observe the counters doing their job.
Talk about the counters trying to do their job while under pressure and been watched intensely! LOL

Cheers, I should have known it'd be something like that!
