Being Human Series 1 question (spoiler)

    Apologies for making yet anoter BH thread but I don't want to read the series three one and it's not relevant and possibly spoilericious for anyone who hasn't seen UK S1 yet.

    Question 1: how did Annie suddenly go from being invisible to visible. It just sort of seemed to happen when she decided to haunt her ex. Did I miss something or did they just change the rules?

    Question 2: how can Mitchell just walk about in the daytime without burning up? Is this just some accepted variation on vampire lore or has he some special dispensation. I saw him kind of scowl at the sun once, but other than that...

    Q1: I think this is related to her getting "stronger" and more confident in herself and as a ghost.

    Q2: Vampires can walk around in sunlight in it (i.e. variation on the lore) and are just more sensitive to sunlight rather than it killing them.

    The fact that she managed to escape from the Door meant that something changed within her. I believe this may have been said at some point around Season 1, when she develops the ability to throw people across the room.
