That seems to be about all you're going to get. You could reduce the brightness of the screen, or make sure apps aren't still running when you've closed them, and this might stretch it a bit more.

The battery gets better with time as it's broken in. That said, the screen is the biggest drainer of the battery, so you should reduce the brightness to maximise battery life. I've often gotten ~36 hours plus if I haven't used it too much during the day. 3G is nearly always on, though, and it syncs every 15 mins of so, so I'm sure I could get more out of it, but I like that I can get emails quickly.

Just get a spare batt mine barely lasts 24 hours.

I take my HDH phone off charge typically 6-7am, use the phone quite a bit during the day, calls, email, apps, maps etc - phone dies around 9-10pm. At the weekend I got 28 hours of the battery first time... and I have had if for two months now. Great phone, but would not survive without a charger at work, at home and in the car ;)

I've found that the battery life gets better. I got mine last week. This week, I plugged it out at 8am Monday morning and charged it again at 10pm Tuesday evening. It was on 3G/WiFi and calls, texts, apps...
