Synching facebook profile photos to contact list

    Hey just wondering if any1 else is having same problem or knows how to fix it. Up until yday all my contacts in my fon were synched to my facebook contacts so their facebook profile pictures showed up beside their names in my contact list or when they sent me a text. And for sum reason yesterday (after my fon being off for about 2 hours) the pics disappeared from all my contacts bar 2. Dont have a clue why cos i didnt change any settings. Any1 know how to get the facebook pics back beside my contacts????

    did you try doing a full resync of the facebook contacts?

    Yea tried all of that.......
    Its a sony ericsson X10 mini if that makes any bit of difference. Its just so weird that 2 contacts still have pictures but no1 else does

    would you have recently changed any privacy settings in facebook?
    disabling platform applications fully will mean you could lose access from non face book applications

    No - just checked my facebook privacy settings to make sure. Turn off all platform apps defo isnt selected.
    Its pissin me off at this stage :mad:

    OK very random. If i go through each of my contacts one by one and connect to their facebook profiles through my contacts the pics come back for each person one by one. Pain in the ass but i did it. For a few people tho i couldnt access their fbook profiles through my contacts. Realised it was all the people with O' or Mc in their surname. This is obviously a fbook fault cos wen i romove the O' or Mc from the name in my contact list it syncs them to their facebook profile even tho the O' and Mc is obviously in their name in facebook.
    All very confusing but its sorted now - sum of my friends are just missing O' and Mc from their name. Suppose i can live with that
