I do a hell of a lot of walkin and try to get to the gym twice a week.. Im not hugely into weights so spend the majority of the time on threadmill, bike, cross trainer and rower.

Ryan Giggs puts his flexibility and ageless performance down to Yoga. I think he's actually done a DVD as well...

Just wondering if anyone knows where online I could get the medium stretch bands that are needed to do the Mobility wods? Either somewhere that delivers to Ireland or a shop I can pick them up in Dublin city centre?

Also, how much should I be looking to pay for them?

Pullam Sports in the UK do them and they will deliver to Ireland.
