5 day high intensity workout for building mass

    Hi, wondering if anyone knows a good 5 day a week high intensity workout for building mass, i've been looking through google and can't really find anything strangely, just a load of other random workouts, i'd really appreciate any help, thanks :)

    few questions:

    what are your stats (weight, height, bf%, age, sex)

    how long have you been training with weights?

    how much do you lifting on the following: squat, bench, deadlift, press, chins.

    you could also throw up your daily eating plan
