My family have accommodation for students, attached to the family home. There is a double room which can cater for two people, and a single room for one person. It could be ideal for three friends who are looking for a place to share together. It's also joined to the house, but the students would have their own kitchen, sitting/ tv/ dining area, two toilets and an electric shower just for their own use. Also their own private entrance. The house is also located near all the major bus routes into Dublin City Centre (15, 15b, 49, 74, 65, 65b). Also near 54a bus stop which goes to Tallaght (for anyone going to IT Tallaght). It would be great for anyone who's new to Dublin, and who's looking for a friendly atmosphere (yet their own privacy). Also perhaps people who are looking for an alternative to on-campus student accommodation.

Just to say I'm also a member of the family, who's in college too. So if you were to have any queries about Dublin, etc..I'd be staying next door in the house, so you could ask me there and then.

    Here's a link to the accommodation on Daft.ie http://www.daft.ie/searchsharing.daft?id=577717
