Going to a doctor is probably my best bet but just looking for some advice at the minute about two things.

I have this feeling in my throat where it feels like there's something stuck there every so often every hour or two it makes me cough or gag a bit and kind of makes me feel like i'm going to get sick then when i take a drink of water it cams down a bit but then comes back in the next hour or so. It happens outside a lot rarely happens when i'm indoors. Was on holidays this week and was outside a lot so had to carry a bottle of water with me everywhere i went. Second thing is my nose had started bleeding a lot it has cammed down lately but still happens once a day it usually happens when i'm washing my face in the morning.
