    Hi everyone,
been looking for a two-piece sports bathing suit (ie, not a bikini that will move around while swimming vigorously). I've tried several stores:

    Champion
    Lifestyle
    JD sports
    Elvery's (in Clery's)
    Penney's
    Dunnes

and not a single one had any! Just one pieces. Does anyone know where I can get one (ideally from a choice of several)?? I'm starting to think they just don't exist in Dublin...! So frustrating....

    Thanks!

They are not specifically for sports but have you looked at the M&S range of tankinis? Some of them are usually cut straight across the chest rather than bra-shaped and are snug fitting. Not saying they are suitable for competing but possibly fine for a vigorous swim.

Depends what you mean by sports.

A two piece, bikini or otherwise, is made for looks not for performance. So few are suitable.
Speedo make two piece stuff for the beach, but I think there is one or two part of the competition range.

    Hi Mayce,

I had exactly the same problem, but was in Arnotts sports department last week and found a couple of 2-piece styles by Speedo. Check them out, they may be exactly what you are looking for.

    Try Debenhams too.

try the kind of shops that stock rip curl and the likes.
i had the same problem last week and tried all the shops you did and in the end i just bought a speedo one piece but when i was in belfast a few days ago a few of those kind of shops had them (i was raging!) so i reckon you'll find the same here. there used to be one in liffey valley but its closed now so dont know where you'd find one.
53 degrees north in blanch didnt have any but maybe another one might.
    hope this helps
