    Hi all,

    Has anyone been to Taman Negara in Malaysia? Would you recommend it?

    I'm looking for somewhere to stay for 2-ish nights travelling from Kuala Lumpur. Is there anywhere else you'd recommend where you can do jungle hikes, boat trips etc?

    Never been to Taman Negara but there is also East Malaysia on Borneo Island to consider, not that I've traveled here either. Internal flights are cheap and I've heard it's well worth considering.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already been to Borneo, even saw a wild orangutan :D

    I'm looking for somewhere to bring the parents, and only have 2 weeks in total hence the need to stay reasonably local to KL.
