    Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone has done / is doing the unislim online programme? Dont really want to sign up to go to classes as just getting started, so was thinking of signing up for the online 6 week programme to see how I get on!

Would love any advice that people have...

    Thanks in advance!

I done it and found it amazing! like you i wasn't too keen on classes - dont have the time!

Found that a lot of the foods weren't too much different to what i would usually eat, i.e. typical day plan on it was egg or beans and toast for breakfast , soup or a sandwich for lunch and something like meatballs and spagetti for dinner and for a snack you could choose from popcorn, fruit, crackers, etc. the only big difference was portion size and using low fat stuff, etc. and you were allowed lots of free foods as well as coffwe / diet soft drinks

i done it for 8 weeks and lost a stone which was a little shy of the target 2lb per week but i was pretty happy with it because i wasn't too strict on myself (still had the odd bit of choc!)

the great thing about it is if your not in the mood for whats 'on the menu for the day' you can just hit the change button and get presented with loads of alternatives. and if your not into cooking too much you can choose the 'recipe & convenience based plan' which includes a number of recipes as well as ready meals you can pick up from your local supermarket!

if you choose to do it good luck!

    Hey

Thanks a mill for the advice! Really appreciate hearing off someone else who has tried it out and found it good! Think I am going to chance it so! Really enjoy cooking so dont mind too much about doing their recipes, just gotta get motivated! Is there an exercise programme included with it, or just guidelines on how much exercise to get do you know?!
