looking building step by step guide

    could anyone tell me where i could get a good step by step guide or building a house, looking to have an idea on how and when to manage the various steps when building start to completion, thanks

    The HOMEBOND manual, you can buy it online or in easons etc. Thge building regs would be handy as well to confirm compliance.

    The homebond manual is good for building details, but is definitely not a step by step guide. Try the housebuilders bible by mark brinkley, or any of the other "how to build a house" books. The house builders bible is a UK book but the info is still very relevant.

    There are "building your own home" courses on a couple of times a year in some of the colleges/ FAS centers but usually january or september.
