I'm a big fan of Shane, realistically, how well can he do this year, and how does he compare to his namesake Willie, who maybe can break thru to the top 50 rankings relatively soon.

    Thanks

He can mix it with the best in the PDC thats for sure, I practice with Shane from time to time and im not joking you his scoring power and doubling is frightening, im pretty sure he beat Pete Manley in vegas with an average of 111 a few years back but just missed out on qualification for the desert classic in his last game. He's a class act and one of the nicest blokes you would ever meet.

Top 32 PDC at least, in a few years for him if he can do the Pro Tour on a regular basis.

Ive played Shane twice at competitions around the country

In the second game I actually gave him a game, I found my scoring boots and gave myself a chance
In the first leg he was on a 9 darter narrowly missing T17
In the second leg I left myself on 60 he took out 144
in the third i was on tops he took out 164
in the third he outscored me and finished with me back on 250
in the fourth he took out 100 and in the final leg I missed 1 dart at D16 and he took out 120

What can you do against that kind of stuff and it's the kind of stuff if he produces on the tour he'll bash lads up and down the oche, I mean I played above myself, scoring 100-140 with every turn and only got 1 dart at a double.

Class act and hope he finds the confidence to get amonst the big boys
