AMD share drop??

    why did amd drop 6% on friday i cant find any terrible news. i know the ceo was sacked a few days before hand and some of their financials were just released, the money from their case with intel helped them.
    i thought they had are profitable 4Q so how come the share went down?
    also they usuall release 10k during mid to end febuary, bloomberg is saying it is already released but i cant find and sec filling
    sorry if anything i said seem stupid im new to this shares game

    One poster on another forum said that the stock usually drops about 6% after releasing earnings. He posted this before it dropped 6%. Perhaps a lucky guess or there might be something in that.
