Hopefully this the correct forum, apologies if not

I have a friend staying from Spain and she has brought her laptop. Is there any issues charging here. It is a two prong connector but with the help of a trusty pen it is easy to plug into the wall

Will it do any damage to the computer, or is there any difference in voltage.
