upc tv swords area

    We have had a degrading service from upc (tv) since well before Christmas, I phoned on a couple of occasions and actually got through to a human person, they said they were putting a spike down the line"and that should sort it" no it didnt. An engineer called and did a test and said everything was (grand) no its not. Is anyone in this area having the same problems????
