Wroking since 2006 october. 2010 august i broke my neck, I was on sick for 4 months. When i was ready to go back to work i was told they dont have any work for me and that i shoud go and sign on the doll. Also got letter from employer comfiring that they cant employ me due to current economic crisis. So i went and siged on doll as i was told. And 2 weeks later when i mention my redundancy and p45 he said to come back to work. What shoud i do? Will this kind of breake in work affect my redundancy in future?
