    Hi, can anyone advise how to tackle an issue with a neighbour's dog who will not stop barking. He barks all the time, morning, night, during the day and is driving me mad :eek:. I can't relax in my own home because of him!!! I have approached the owners and they have started to bring him in at night but they let him out at 8am and again he starts barking. I work shift work so I don't need to be woken up at this hour especially when I am on a late shift :mad: Please advise me what I can do !!!!
