Hi folks. Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I couldn't find anything here about it.
I have a 99 Peugeot, with the original stereo in it. The battery was changed and the stereo needs a code to get it working. The previous owner imported the car from the UK, and I can't figure out how to get the code again. At this stage I'm tempted to just buy a new one, but would prefer to just sort this.
Anyone have any ideas? All suggestions gratefully accepted!

Google puegoet radio code, you may find how to retrieve your radio code.

Give Peugeot UK a call. You could also try call a dealer in NI or UK - they may be able to get you the code. Have your chassis number or the previous UK reg to hand.

Not sure if this applies to yours.

It might sound funny now but.

Wrap the radio and put it to the freezer for overnight.
This will wipe the memory and default the code back to '0000'.
