I don't know any specific names but I'm sure if you approached a counselling service they would be able to help you.

I believe many counsellors operate a 'sliding-scale' method of cost. You tell them your financial situation and they will work out a payment that is manageable.

I know it is a bit far out, but Knock Shrine have a free counselling service.

Ask the GP, most cities will have some sort of free "drop in" counselling service.
