How to set up contacts database

    Could anyone advise how I could best set up a contacts database?
    Will need to be able to mail merge etc and was just wondering which would be the best programme - bearign i mind I'm not very computer savvy!

    I find Excel very straight forward and very easy to use and to then mail merge using Word if you want to send letters or print labels for envelopes etc.

    Used Access once or twice but my short attention span ensured I left half way thr

    If you just want an app to store contacts and integrate with word, then excel or access will probably to the trick.

    If you're looking for a bit more functionality, then you might want to look at a dedicated CRM solution.
