    Hello, I was considering putting my name forward as a director of the mgmt company where I reside, the company requires 2 directors for the CRO. What legal aspects should I be aware of, should I be concerned about this proposal?

    You have the same responsibilities as any director of any company.

    I did it in our development for 3 years. Nothing much to it really, once you know what you're at.
