Nintendo do an official one, saw it for sale a couple of years ago in Game I think.
In terms of ordering online.... let me google that for you!

Before paying whatever it costs to get the Wii fixed or replaced I thought I would try this. I was going to order one from Amazon at about £5.00 . Hoever they seem to be available from third party suppliers only which mean I would have to fork out for postage and packing. Any ideas?

Alternatively you could softmod your Wii, then use a standard DVD lens cleaner which you'll be able to pick up in Harvey Normans, Currys, DID, Lidl etc etc. (Note: this requires free-to-acquire software which is functional but not much fun for DVD playback. Don't go thinking this will make the Wii an awesome media centre) However if you don't own one of the vulnerable games needed to do this (if you have to ask you need to take this to the Modding forum, maybe) you have to factor in the cost of buying one.

There's also the gung-ho method of replacing the read head yourself. I'm still trying to get time to do this on mine so I can't comment on how easy or hard it is to do, but it certainly *looks* straight forward if you're handy with a (triwing) screwdriver.
