Yeah I seen a good few guys in forums saying that, TUV approved & all. So seeing as I need them for tomorrow that means they'll have them on special NEXT week :D

The halfords ones are fine, They are not a complicated piece of equipment.

I have 8 halfords ones and there is no reason to have any issue with them.

    One thing to consider...
Rachet types are far more flexible than peg types. I have Halfords atm and dont like them cos the peg position is never in the right place and there is a safety clip which holds the peg in place so adjusting them is awkward.

My next set......rachet all the way. They just pull to the height required and that's it. Handy and flexible.

Just wondering where ye've all bought axle stands?

I'm looking 3 tonne ones from Halfords as they're the only ones google is showing me but I'd not have 100% faith in them?!...............

The E30 in my sig has been sitting on a pair of these for the last 2 months without any problems!
