Just out of interest what would be the approximate cost of building a 1000sq ft apartment in Dublin for a project of approx. 30 apartments? Price to include building and related costs. Planning is not required. Standard building fit out and materials. Any ideas on costs would be appreciated?

This is very vague in terms of spec however 150e a sq.ft should do, might even cost 165e, dont forget regulations in terms of energy effiency, ceiling heights, storage, dual aspect etc... have all increased recently and added to costs
