Advice on 32" TV

I'm looking to get a new 32" TV, and I've narrowed it down to these 3:

    Samsung LE32C530 - €390
    Sony KDL32EX401 - €390
    Sony KDL32EX403 - €425

I'm leaning towards the 401, mainly because it has more inputs than the Samsung (4 HDMI and 2 SCART vs 3 HDMI and 1 SCART).

Could anyone advise me on the following:

    1) Sony vs Samsung, in general terms? Or specifically regarding these TVs, if anyone has any experience. I've usually dismissed Sony as paying for the name, but these are the same price and the Sony seems to pack a better punch input-wise, as I said.

    2) Bravia Engine 2 vs Bravia Engine 3 - is it just marketing BS or is there actually an appreciable difference?

    3) DLNA and Internet TV: I'll have a HTPC running XBMC hooked into whichever one I get, so I'm not too concerned about built-in Internet TV. But has anyone got any strong opinions on it? Similarly DLNA, I can't see myself using this feature, but for the sake of €35 is it better to have it for the future? Or is it a gimmick?

Bravia internet is essentially a gimic, I use it a bit for movie trailers, golf news, sky news but like you I have the TV hooked to the internet so little point really. You will need to hook your TV to the internet don't forget, it has an ethernet port so you will need a free connection from your hub, it is not wireless out of the box, you will need to purchase a separate adaptor (which is not worth it IMHO).
So, nice to have but you may never use...
