I am not 100% sure now if they still do it, but I had trouble with them before, not parcel forces fault.

I can confirm that parcelforce are an absolute joke to deal with. The problem is when you book online you have ONE chance to print out the postage address barcode - if your popups are blocked on your browser - or something else happens you are not able to print the label.... what happens then?

You just email them and then email you a new label right?
Wrong - you have to cancel your original order - then wait ( for how long ) to get your money back in your account. Then go through the whole process again.

That really is the case - so what should be a simple transaction may require multiple overseas calls , cancelling an order , rechecking your bank statements to see if they refund the money.

Im sure if everything goes right then theres no problem - but something like this? Its a show stopper.

My advice - dont touch with a barge pole.
