    Hi
Our family stayed twice here in the last few years 2007,2008 in June. The park is quite a large site but in June not too busy,no scrambling for sun loungers around the pool area which is superb by the way.
They have a good on site shop and restaurant which is pricy but serves good food.
The security around the park is excellent and they have a guard patrol at night which means no teen noise at night. We had our daughters 16 and 14 with us and they enjoyed themselves.
Our weather in June was mid 20s c. sunny and dry with the odd thunder storm at night.
It is situated in the country-side about two km from the town of Marennes with a large supermarket, cave and restaurants, cheaper than eating on site and serving good food. The area is famous for its mussels.
You are about a two hour drive south of La Rochelle, doable as a day trip, which we did
Tip-If you are going to book do so direct with Sequioa Park, cheaper than French Life or you could book with them at the holiday exhibition at the RDS in late January, early Feb if it is on.The owners did attend in 2008.
    Hope this helps

Hi,just saw your post and was wondering how did you get on in Sequoia Parc? We are heading there in a few weeks. Thanks for any advice. Hopefully you had a good holiday.

You can fly Ryanair to La Rochelle or north to Nantes if not available, take take car hire. Failing that , it would be a 4 hour car drive to the Nante area and add 1 hour to La Rochelle and the further journey to the parc, after you get off the ferry to France at Cherbourg
