    Hi,

    I have a quick question in relation to BIK. Our company has a supplier who is offering the company & all its staff a special offer of €25 a month plus VAT for their service. We are planning to offer this to the staff for their private use. We will be deducting the €25 from their wages & we will not be able to claim the VAT on the purchase invoice. The question I have is this. IS there any BIK implication on providing this as even though we are deducting the payment they are getting a benefit as say the cost to a customer outside the company would be €50 plus VAT. It will be offered to all staff.

    Ok Thanks Clanket. Was hoping to avoid going to the auditors with the question but will do so.
