I had a voucher for here too and it was a painful experience trying to use it. It was impossible to get an appointment. I was constantly being fobbed off with the line that I would get a call back. I never did. I eventually got an appointment. I did not get the treatments that I had booked and no explaination was given - just the normal line that I woudl get a call to rebook. I didn't. My advice would be to tread very carefully in buying vouchers etc for this salon. It really, really is not a pampering experience. It's jsut stress and hassle.

oh no! I was afraid of that, seemed a bit too much of a good deal. voucher is bought now though, dont know what I should do!

was the booking the painful part or was the treatment itself bad too?

    thanks for the info
