sypatico cannot unsubscribe

    Hello,
    sometime ago I think I looked at this Sypatico site for some reason. I rareley ask any site to send me newsletters etc. I am sure that this was the case with this one. However newsletters are arriving. I went to site and there was a button which said 'if you want to unsubscibe click here'. I did. It took me to another page on the site a copy of which is attached here. It then says again 'to unsubscribe untick the box'. You can see that there is no box to untick and was none on previous page.

    On the face of it Sympatico seems reputable but am beginning to wonder. I know I can mark this site as junk but this behaviour by some sites does annoy me.

    If anyone thinks I have this wrong please send instructions to unsubscribe. I'd hate to tarnish their reputation if I have missed something.
