    hello People,

    Im a longterm glasses wearer (18 years) tried contacts when I was younger but just couldnt get them in!!!!!!! now as a mature adult:) Im considering trying again, so as to allow for taking part in field sports.

    Any advice or tips??

    they are good as an alternative to glasses, worst thing I think with them is its annoying at night time having to clean them unless you get daily disposables
