have gotta say that all of these games are imo brilliant only thing that can knock the wii is terrible picture on screen. wish wii had hdmi port and capabilities

1 more thing would it be worth my while buying a classic controller for some of the games? take into account i have the limited edition fightstick from tatsunoku vs capcom.

If you're a soccer fan, you need to play PES (preferably the newest one but 2009 would do). It's unlike any other soccer game ever made in that it's more like a real-time strategy game with the amount of players you're controlling at the same time. It's tough to get used to but I still go back and have a few games even now.

Said it before but for online shooters, try CoD:Black Ops - it's tough to take the disk out even when you get a new game!

Tiger Woods 2010 is the best golf game and also gets a good few replays.

Sports Resort is still used in my place too - I'll never tire of archery and a few of the others.

If you have the joystick, don't bother with the classic controller imo.

Yes! I love it, always go back for a game every now and then, great craic if there's a few people over plus the online option i think is very good.

huge +1 for black ops, great game, online is epic. again i wouldnt worry about the controller, i have one have tried it and while its good for some games, i find the controller and nunchuck more to my liking. as above i wouldnt bother if you have the joystick.

I got resident evil umbrella chronicles and enjoyed it, it might not be to everyones liking though. recently got monster hunter tri, i didnt go out to buy it but game made me an offer i couldnt refuse, but it's got good reviews and im looking forward to giving it a go when im finished with black ops.

Resident Evil 4 is fantasic, I found the controls were brilliant on the Wii. And I'd recommend Mario Kart too - it's great craic multiplayer and still gets played 4 player long after the friends have gotten bored of SSBB and Super Mario Galaxy.

I'd highly recommend Sin and Punishment Successor of the Skies. It's one of the best games of last year but nobody bought it.

Boom Blox Party - Good multiplayer
    Klonoa - Great platformer
    Okami - Beautiful, expansive, Zeldaesque
Zack and Wiki - Great Puzzler
Lets Tap - Great for all your box tapping needs :pac:
Ghost Squad - Mindless Lightgun shooter

    What I've played recently:

    Black Ops
    GoldenEye
    Mario Kart
    Sin and Punishment
    Wii sports
    Zelda Twilight Princess
Guitar Hero 3 (how many years old and i still love playing Through the Fire and the Flames when im drinkin!)
Mario Galaxy (2 is more like an expansion pack for 1 but 1 was GOOD and so is 2)

I also have The Conduit, which i was always playing until Black Ops replaced it. Its like the Wii version of Halo. Also, that Need for Speed game is pretty good for when ur sick of the shooters. Must look into PES coz Fifa isnt the best.
