so 3 months ago i bought the 3 month trial..downloaded all the free stuff every week, then last week it ran out so i got a years subscription a few days after my 3 months ran out..today i went to play street fighter a game i downloaded during my first 3 months subscription but i got a message saying its expired then a link to the ps store than brings me to the street fighter page to BUY it?? then i tried all my other old downloads and got the same thing!!!

all the downloads i got with my new 1 year sub are working fine!...can anyone explain?

i know if you dont renew your sub you cant play them but i didnt think this would happen like im on psn+ again and cant play half of the games i rightfully own:confused:.....last time i ever use the ps store(other than cod map packs:pac:)

Sony said that would happen and to prevent it to set it to renew or get more time before it runs out. it's up to each content provider to say how there stuff works with plus some content it available for the whole month of plus to be gotten and others are only around for a week.

Plus is an odd games rental service where as long as you rent out a new months worth of stuff you can keep the old stuff, you don't own any of it it's only rented.

Try emailing Sony and asking but they did say that failure to renew may cost you the old content you had before.

Nope. Read the T's & C's. It's clear as day. They even posted the information in black and white in their blog.

    moral of the story....

    1. Read the T's & C's of ANY contract you enter into.
    2. Don't enter into said contract if you don't like the T's & C's
    3. Don't blame [and badmouth] second party in said contract if first party is too damn lazy to read the small print

    Now, that's

i think youre missing what he's saying here - unless i am

the games he bought BEFORE he ever used PSN+ dont work for him. he's not talking about the games he got using the PSN+ service, but games he bought prior to that

I think you find that's not what he was saying. He's moaning about the "free" stuff he lost when his subs ran out.
