my girlfriend is starting at an accountancy firm soon.
she thinks she will have to do cpa exam(s) in april. she has not yet even registered with cpa and is unsure if it would even be possible to sit an exam in april when only beginning now.

additionally (IF) employer does nt cover cost how much roughly will she pay to do an exam and the likes

Mmm, April is just around the corner and doesn't look good. I would advise she contacts CPA straight away today.

I think she may be to late for april here is the link http://www.cpaireland.ie/displaycontent.aspx?node=194&groupID=194&parentID=3 . To be able to sit exam in april 2012 you need to be registered by december 2011 so i assume the same would apply this year.More time to study on the brighter side.

okay, so it seems she might be able to sit exam(s) in april. concern now is getting on top of the material. like courses having started in september and all. she may well have a lotta late nights tryin to master the material on her own :-( does anyone know of any classes that might be of use to her

i'm sure most would agree with me that beginning preparing now for cpa exam/s in april would be an extremely tall order. classes for others started all the way back in september after all
