    Hello all,
So ye all know the groupers or swarthers (whatever ye want to call them! :D) you can mount on trailed conditioner mowers?
Lets say you've a centre drawn mower with the drawbar in the centre, can you run the grouper so she'll throw it left or right?
Just a thought I had during the day...

I've only ever seen a swarther throw to the left, behind the tractor!

It's probably a rake what you need?

With a centre drawn mower you can still only set it out to the right or can you put it either side?? Any swarther I've seen is angled so it throws it left, so to have one that could throw it both sides probably wouldn't work because it would throw it into the wheels as opposed to back and left if you know what I mean.

What are you trying to do?!

Well I'm not trying to do anythin' specific, just a thought I had to be honest. The thing about a rake would be needing another tractor/diesel and paying another lad's wages.

Yeah I was thinking lright they'd only throw to the left or behind the tractor...

well I'm not trying to do anything specific, just daydreamin down the back of the classroom and thought about it . The thing about a rake is it's another tractor/diesel and a lad's wages, there a good job all the same though.
