    Hello!

From late March onwards, I'm going to be travelling Central and South America and I'm wondering which is the best value Euro pre-paid debit card in terms of ATM withdrawal fees and currency conversion fees..

At the moment I currently have a moneybookers pre-paid mastercard, their fees are:

€1.80 for ATM withdrawal fees, 1.99% conversion fees on top of their wholesale exchange rate. (Can't seem to link their exchange rates here)

Unfortunately maths is by far my weakest subject and I don't know how this fares when compared against other prepaid debit cards listed here (you have to click the prepaid tab)...

So I'd appreciate some feedback from those who know their stuff in this regard!

    Thanks a million in advance!

Dory, who's a mod here should be able to fill you in on this. What I'm checking out is transferring my money from my current account onto my mastercard(via online banking when travelling) and then when you withdraw from ATM's you won't be charged the local ATM Fee! :)
