Boring office job please?

    Hi everyone,

I hope there's not already a post like this, apologies if there is! I have to go abroad for the college year in September, and so I really need a decent job for the summer. I actually like the idea of a boring, regular, nine-to-five job in an office or call centre, and was wondering where would be the best place to look?

I've never had this kind of job before but I'm a really fast learner, decent at typing, and I have ECDL and all that.

Any ideas where to start? Thanks in advance!

+ 1 on that! I've ECDL and typing skills plus a business/IT 3rd level qualifications. A boring office job 9 to 5 ya I could dream even those jobs are hard to come by even OP.

A call centre be a good start for you though OP. Have you any foreign languages? French/German? Might be of use to you? Asking around local businesses if there any office work going even temporary work might be an option. Have you looked into the volunteering centre in your own county? They might have some office jobs available. Depending though you might need to get garda vetting if its in a school or a place like that.

    Good luck OP

Could you join a temping agency? Fas.ie advertise jobs in that area also.
