    Want one!
    Ahhh!
And I'm spending the deposit on a Ikea cocktail cab instead!
    Bugger!

Not sure about Shaun the Sheep though, rather see some link ups with established studios tbh to see the latest movies in 3D on the system, can't see any Sony owned studios releasing content on the 3DS though, so no Spiderman in 3D for us then...
We will probably have Avatar and the Toy Story movies though, so not so bad.
Remastered Star Wars in 3D would be cool, especially if we don't have a 3D capable TV.

It'll be €250, they could charge €300 and it'd still be sold out everywhere at the end of the year.

Gamestop are retailing at 270 euro. It's launching at 249 dollars in America. That equates to around 180-190 euro. Where is Gamestop justifying in selling it 80-90 euro above RRP?

I do understand the fluctuation in prices etc, but I was expecting it would sell for about 230ish max

Fellows on THE INTERNET think independent retailers will undercut the big guise, given there's no RRP.
I really wish they'd not use Johnathon Woss, as he's hard to understand at the best of times.

Pixmania's price seems to be the most reasonable, Play.com are really taking the piss

I don't think Play deliver electronics to Ireland anyway

Ordered it today with Amazon, pre order price is £202

Also pre ordered Mario Kart 3DS but this might not be launched on release day, and unless MGS gets a worldwide launch release, I'm not sure what will be my first game for the console - SF4?

I'd say there'll be a long wait for mario kart and metal gear.
    Christmas probably.

I hope not, Mario Kart is available for pre order on Amazon so it looks to be a game they're almost 100% will sell consoles. I would think, or hope, that Mario Kart is one of the launch titles...

Konami has said they want to release Metal Gear worldwide in March/April. The Japanese release date is late March. Time will tell.

Nintendo has confirmed their launch titles:
    Nintendogs +cats
And pilotwings for the window before e3.

NoA confirmed Zelda 3d and icarus for after e3, and no news of mario kart leads me assume after e3, very late after e3. which usually means christmas.

I'll probably pick it up at some point, probably when Kingdom Hearts comes out, I'm already excited about that game so by then I will have to buy it as soon as it comes out and I'll just have to get the 3DS then too. I'll probably just get it in HMV when it does come out, unless somewhere does a good deal
