Firstly: if this is in the wrong section sorry as i could not find a section to suit!

can someone please clear this little matter up for me:

council road sweeper comes to clean our estate every 2 weeks or so

thing is, it arrives at 08.15 / 08.30 are really pisses me off with the noise it causes (wakes me up lol)

now i know work has to be done, we all have to do it, but i always thought it was against the law to create noise at such levels at this hour of the morning

so is it legal or illegal?

what can i do i need sleep :(

normal people are already awake at 8:30.

Senario A - Going to work/about their business.
Senario B - Coming home in a trolley wrecked off their tits.

If you're neither, you deserve to be woken up.

Op, yes I have similar problems.
Ive contacted my local councilor explaining the situation that the public service has caused some disturbance in the local residential area. Unfortunately the they haven't been so forthcoming with me. So I just kicked them in the balls.

Is there something wrong with you? Every single post was a reply to your original question, can you not see that? It's hardly our fault if you don't grasp the deeper meaning behind them. Try harder next time.

Serious advice in TCN is against the charter, will make you look uncool, and possibly alert a hitsquad as to the locations of everyone you ever held dear. Probaly best not to do it again.

    Woops!

Never found the road sweepers a problem around 8am, hard to hear them over the bike warming up on full choke.

Lol at the people complaining about noise pollution. Clearly - they've never lived with a woman.
