L96 feeding full mag

As it says above. I recently bought an L96(unsure what make) springer and over the weekend, it 4 times in 20mins fed the entire magazine into the chamber. This meant I had to remove the mag, shake the jammed bbs out and reload the magazine again..needless to say that at this stage, my shot was gone or i had been hit.Now I'm guessing it's just a faulty magazine but I don't know how to fix it so i'm looking at buying a new magazine. The question is, is the magazine fixable? has anyone else had the same problem, and if it's not fixable, do all brands of L96 mag fit every other gun?

    Thanks

did you get it in a shop? if so you could bring it back if its under warrenty.

if its got warranty, id take it back in. But it sounds like the mag is fine. What is more likely is the hop rubber is damaged. That's what limits one bb per cock going into the barrel. the magazine once inserted, feeds largely automatic. Sounds like a TM though, doing that... its much harder with the maruzen, being pistol style mag.

um, what model is it? we need to know brand to suggest problems or fixes...

Does it have a long magazine, or a flush one further forwards?

AGM mag is similar to tm vsr.. when engaged, there isnt much to stop the spring shoving all the rounds in. Sounds like your o ring at the start of the hop chamber is kaput, that or not enough hop is engaged to hold the bbs in. May suggest a looksee.
