Lovely double bedroom in an apartment right in the city - 3 mins to Eyre Square, 13 mins to NUIG. Sharing with three others (two girls and a guy). Clean and tidy, kitchen/sitting room with all the stuff you'd expect, TV channels and internet. Nice room with wooden floors, big wardrobe and comfy double bed. Electric heating.

€320 a month, really good value.
