Vodafone wireless broadband

    I got the Vodafone wireless broadband. I choose the prepay option and get €20 credit. I would like to know how long it lasts. The sales guy sales about a month! I know it depends on how much you upload/download really but say I just use it for browsing the internet and don't use sites such as Youtube etc much. Has anyone any idea if the sales guys opinion is correct?

    It will last no longer than 1 month, because that's how long your €20 monthly pass lasts. If you use up your data allowance before that, you have to buy again.

    I got €20 credit and after 5 mins of use I checked my balance and it said I have €.5 balance. After a few hours use I got the same balance report!

    You can't just buy credit, you have to buy the monthly mobile broadband add-on. If you didn't do that, then you're paying the PAYG mobile date rate, which is something like 2c/kB, which will get you 1MB of data for your €20.
